Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
